I made this rice dish that was layered with roasted red peppers, goat cheese and pesto.
It was really good if I do say so myself

Asian slaw w/crumbled bacon. I give myself props for this dish too.
Now, this is some special specialness between bro in-laws

We only serve fine wines
Summer brought this little fruit n nut number. A great before and after dinner snack.
Self explanatory
The next day we went on a Memorial Day Cruise - 110 miles - through East Canyon with a lunch stop at Larry's Spring Chicken Inn or something like that. Here is us getting in line of what would be 28 bad ass Mustangs. Kind of makes you drool doesn't it? We passed a Harley ride along the way going the other direction.
