La Ratatouille - I used the recipe from Gourmet Magazine. Grilled vegies with herbs & pasta and I grated a little pecorino romano on top. Dessert was French creme cake w/strawberry puree. Hey, where's the picture? That was the best part. 
Roasted Sam's Club chickens. I can't make any better than that.
Brie, grapes, cream cheese with a spicy fruit jam, bruchetta & goat cheese. Oooh la la.
