Ledgefork 2008

Hello there. Larry and I would like to welcome you to the Ledgefork Campground.

We saw many deer in the campground

This babbling brook ran behind our campsite

Larry keeping guard over the beer cooler.

Dinner at the Lodge. Susan jubilant over her ear of corn.

We had a wonderful dinner of ribs, zuccinni and corn fresh from our garden. Susan's corn/tomatoe/cucumber/cilantro/lime salad (minus the blackbeans). Mom's (Beulah) family favorite macaroni salad w/sliced eggs and her famous cucumber dip (not shown).

Larry's dutch oven lip smackin' finger lickin' ribs.
And yes, the wonderful, toasty campfire
We fished the beautiful Smith and Morehouse Resevoir that's just down the road.

Ooooooh........ Aaaaaaah.........
Larry doing a little casting. Filiiing !

Caught one! Not very big, but none the less.....it's the thrill of the catch.

Go free my young fish, be happy. If you love something set it free........unless it's big, then you gut him and fry him up for dinner.

Cruiser the camping wonder dog. He wasn't this color after the first day.
Larry emerging from the dangerous mountain terrain.

And last, but not least, you remember Danny our Happy Camper? I think he had a little too much "Happiness".
